The screen names vary according to the name of the Appraisal model selected.
In this instruction, the Annual Appraisal model is used throughout.

This window lists the Appraisal models (types of appraisal) created for your
organisation.
The Appraisal model, Criteria and Groups are displayed, according to the settings
for your organisation.
The status of the Appraisal defaults to 'In preparation'.

The selection window displayed will depend on the settings made when you last
searched for an employee. If it is not already selected, choose Structure search.
