Image Appraisal sheet

Select to call up an Appraisal sheet (as opposed to the list format) that can be printed out and used as the form for conducting an appraisal. It could also be used subsequently to provide a hard copy of the appraisal results for the appraisee.
Number of lines per note <=

Entering a number in this field determines whether and, if so, how many lines of notes should be inserted for appraisal elements on the appraisal sheet.

Display as checkbox if <=
O
Entering a number in this field displays a check box proficiency rating for any appraisal elements with quality scales with the same number or fewer proficiencies.

Displays the rating and rating text for each appraisal element.

If notes have been created for appraisal elements, they are displayed on the Appraisal sheet.
Image with descriptions legend
O
If descriptions have been set up for the relevant appraisal element, they are displayed on the Appraisal sheet.
Image with proficiencies legend
O
Displays the proficiencies available for every scale used in the appraisal.
