Cancel Time Ticket Confirmation (CO13)
Purpose
Use this procedure to cancel time ticket confirmations.
Trigger
Perform this procedure when, for example, erroneous data has been entered in the original confirmation.
Prerequisites
The following must exist:
•  Released production orders
•  Confirmed operations on the order
Navigation Path
Use the following navigation path to begin this transaction:
•  Select Processes è Manufacturing è Production Control è Shop Floor Control è Confirmation è Cancel Time Ticket Confirmation to go to the Cancel Production Order Confirmation: Initial Screen.
Helpful Hints
You may cancel one or all confirmations for a specific order.
•  If you have several operations that have been erroneously confirmed for an order and you cancel confirmation of one of the operations, then SAP displays a message telling you that confirmation of the order has been cancelled. However, all other confirmed operations relating to the order have NOT been cancelled.
•  If you want to cancel subsequent operations, then you must repeat the cancellation procedure for each operation.
Field Description Tables
The R/O/C column of each Field Description table indicates whether the field usage is:
R - Required in SAP.
O - Optional in SAP.
C - Conditional in SAP.
Procedure
1. Start the transaction using the navigation path.

2. Double click on Cancel Time Ticket Confirmation to go to the Cancel Production Order Confirmation: Initial Screen.

3. Complete the following fields:
• Order
• Oper./act.
 
Note If you do not enter an operation number, then SAP displays all confirmed operations on the Cancel of Production Order Confirmation: Operation Overview. Here you may choose an operation and then click Save to confirm.
4. Click Image to go to the Confirmation of Production Order Cancel: Detail screen.

5. Click Image to save the cancellation and go to Change Order confirmation text: Language EN screen.

6. Complete the following field:
• Cancellation text
 
7. Click Image to return to the Cancel Production Order Confirmation: Initial Screen.

Note The system displays the message, "Confirmation of order xxxx is cancelled."
Caution SAP displays this message even if you have cancelled only one of several operations. Consequently, you must repeat the steps above to cancel confirmations of any subsequent operations that have been erroneously confirmed for this production order.
8. Click Image until you return to the SAP Easy Access Main Menu screen.
9. You have completed this transaction.
Result
You have successfully cancelled confirmation of a time ticket.
