O

These two fields determine the standard evaluation period used by the system if you do not enter data in the Date field on the HIS: Access Object screen.
If objects must be included in an evaluation depending on when they are valid (for example, January 01 1994 to December 31 9999), enter an evaluation period. The system evaluates all of the objects that are valid within this period.

Example: M, Y, P, F, D.
For further information see F1 help.

O
|
These two fields determine the start and end dates for data selection and contain default settings which identify a selection period for the infotypes linked with Objects.
Name a selection period when you want to confine reports/inquiries to infotypes that are valid within a specified period, for example, 01.01.1994 to 12.31.9999. All infotypes valid at any point within the specified period are reported on.
