A category used to describe the appraisal type. For each appraisal model created, criteria are specified on the basis of which the employee appraisal is conducted. Assign an appropriate name (free text format).
Example: Annual Appraisal.

The date from which the Appraisal model is valid. The date defaults from the key date set in the Appraisals Catalog, but can be changed if required.
