This parameter is used to determine whether an employee or a group of employees were appraised during a given period. Thus, the report can be used to analyse areas of an organisation where appraisals are missing, or to review which appraisees have not held appraisals. Provided employees have been reviewed in the past, it is possible to prepare appraisals for them directly from the report generated, using the Create with template functionality described below.

This parameter is only available in conjunction with the 'Without appraisal' parameter described above, to list any existing appraisals, even though they are not current.

At least one status must be selected. In the SME-HR system, 'In process' and 'Completed' would be the most common selections. Alternatively, you can select all.

Selects individual and overall appraisals on the basis of the selection criteria specified.

Selects subappraisals on the basis of the selection criteria specified.
