The start date for the appraisals to be included in the report. Either the Period appraised/to date range or the Creation period/To range must be used (see below).

The Appraiser object parameter enables you to select the appraiser by name or by system user name. At least one appraiser or appraisee must be specified as report parameters (see below). To select an appraiser using the object type 'Person', see Step 18.

The Appraiser object identifier. This would be the Personnel number of an existing employee record if the Appraiser object 'Person' is selected, or the user name, eg MORGANA, if the object 'User' is selected.

This operand is effective only when both the Appraiser and Appraisee parameters are used in the selection. In these circumstances, AND is used to select all appraisals where there is a one-to-one relationship between appraiser and appraisee.

This operand is effective only when both the Appraiser and Appraisee parameters are used in the selection. In these circumstances, OR is used to select all appraisals performed by the appraiser specified, and all appraisals for the appraisee specified.
